Alec Rich is a member of The United States Army Band "Pershing's Own", and maintains an active freelance career, having performed with ensembles like the Detroit Symphony, the National Arts Centre Orchestra, and the Lyric Opera Orchestra. In addition to performing, Alec is passionate about education and outreach, have recently given masterclasses and recitals at schools such as Yale University, University of Tennessee, Northwestern University, and Michigan State. Alec holds degrees from Northwestern University and Oberlin Conservatory.
