Teerapat Dacha started playing tuba with high School band Suankularb wittayalai Nonthaburi in 2006 then Bachelor degree of music from Yong Siew Toh Conservatory of Music, National University of Singapore and Master degree from Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts, Chulalongkorn University.
In master class and workshop experience, he had master classes with Steve Rose (Principal Tuba of Sydney Symphony Orchestra), Brett Stemple (Principal Tuba of Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra), Roland Szentpali (Principal Tuba of Hungarian National Philharmonic Orchestra), Øystein Baadsvik (soloist), Sergio Carolino (soloist), Boston Brass quintet and Australian brass quintet, etc.
In ensemble experiences since 2009 to 2013, Teerapat was the one of Young Star Tuba Quintet Dara Thai by Steve Rose, Bangkok brass quintet, Silapakorn Brass quinter, and B5 brass quintet (in Singapore), etc.
In solo Experiences, he had performed ”Sczardas” in front of flute ensemble at Bangkok Christian College in 2012, Recital with piano “Arpeggione by Schumann and Paganini Carprise No.24” at Silapakorn University in 2014, Solo “Tuba Concerto by Vaughan Williams” with Bangkok Symphony Orchestra, Solo “Tuba Concerto by Vaughan Williams” with Bangkok Metropolitan Orchestra in 2024, Performed as soloist in Thailand Tuba and Euphonium Conference in 2024 and 2025
In wind band and orchestra experiences, Teerapat has joined with Bangkok Symphony Orchestra since 2010, Siam Philharmonic Orchestra, New Music Ensemble with Singapore Symphony Orchestra in 2013, Silapakorn Wind Orchestra, National Symphony Orchestra of Malaysia, Asia Orchestra Week in Japan, Hong Kong Wind Youth Orchestra in 2014. Europe tour with Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra (Musikverein Saal (Golden Hall), Vienna, Austria, Verwaltung der Residenz München, Munich, Germany and La Seine Musicale, Paris, France) in 2024 and Russian Tour with Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra (St.Peterburg Philharmonia and Zaryadye Concert Hall) in 2025
Currently, Teerapat plays tuba with Royal Bangkok Symphony Orchestra and Bangkok Metropolitan Orchestra as a principal and also teaching tuba at Rangsit University, Valaya Alongkorn Rajabhat University, Suankularb Wittayalai Nonthaburi, Kasetsart University Demonstration School and Thai Youth Orchestra.
